What we collect
A listing stores what you put on it: platform, handle, display name, caption, country, and your photo. Alongside it we keep your email address (for receipts and your manage link), payment records from Stripe (we never see card numbers), and — briefly — request IP addresses used for rate limiting and abuse prevention.
What we do with it
The listing content is public — that is the product. Your email is used only for transactional messages about your own listing; there is no newsletter and we do not sell or share personal data. Photos are checked by an automated moderation provider (Sightengine) before publication.
Processors
Stripe (payments), Vercel (hosting and photo storage), Neon (database), Resend (transactional email), Sightengine (photo moderation). Each receives only what it needs to do its job.
Removal and deletion
You can permanently remove your listing at any time from your manage link — the photo is deleted immediately. For any other deletion request, or if a listing names your account without your consent, email support@topinfluencers.io and we'll act within 48 hours.
Cookies
No tracking cookies and no analytics. The only cookie the site sets is the admin login on /admin. Your theme choice is stored in your own browser.
