Remove a listing.
Removal is always easier than publishing. Two situations, two routes:
It's my listing
Open your manage link — it's in the email we sent when you paid, and on the page you saw right after checkout. "Remove listing" deletes the photo immediately and takes the listing down permanently. No refund, no take-backs. Lost the link? Email us from the address you paid with.
Someone listed my account — I never did this
Listings must be self-listed; impersonation breaks our terms and comes down. Report it directly from the listing's page (the "Report this listing" link at the bottom), or email support@topinfluencers.io.
To verify you're the account owner fast, mention the report in a post or story on the real account, or contact us from an email visibly linked to it. Owner reports are handled first — usually within 48 hours, often much faster.
