Remove a listing.
Removal is always easier than publishing. Two situations, two routes:
It's my listing
Open your manage link — it's in the email we sent when you paid, and on the page you saw right after checkout. "Remove listing" deletes the photo immediately and takes the listing down permanently. No refund, no take-backs. Lost the link? Email us from the address you paid with.
Someone listed my account — I never did this
A listing pretending to be you (posing as self-listed) is impersonation, and it comes down, full stop. Otherwise, the line above the report link on every listing page says who put it there: a fan who paid for it, or TopInfluencers.io. Either way you can have it removed, free and fast.
Either way: report it from the listing's page, or email support@topinfluencers.io. To verify you own the account, mention TopInfluencers.io in a post or story on it, or write from an email visibly linked to it. Owner requests are handled first — usually within 48 hours, often much faster.
