1. What you are buying
A payment on topinfluencers.io buys placement on a leaderboard — nothing more. Rank is determined solely by the total amount paid toward a listing. A rank is not an endorsement, award, certification, or measurement of influence, and we make no representation that a listed person has any particular audience. Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see your card details.
2. Self-listing only
By creating a listing you attest that the social-media account it names is your own and that you are 18 or older. Listings that impersonate someone else are removed when we learn of them, and payment for a removed bad-faith listing is not refunded. If a listing names your account and you didn't create it, report it from its page or email support@topinfluencers.io — owner reports are handled first.
3. Immediate performance and withdrawal
Your listing is published the moment your payment confirms. By checking the immediate-performance box at checkout you request immediate performance and acknowledge that you lose any statutory 14-day right of withdrawal once the listing is live. Being outbid — at any time, by any amount — is never grounds for a refund. Goodwill refunds are at our sole discretion.
4. Content rules
Photos must be safe-for-work and depict an adult — every photo passes automated moderation and may be held for human review. Names and captions must not contain hate speech, sexual content, or impersonation of the site's staff. We may hide or remove any listing that breaks these rules, at our discretion, without refund.
5. Your controls
Your manage link is the only credential for your listing — there are no accounts, and we cannot restore a lost link's edit access. You can edit, hide, or permanently remove your listing at any time from it. Removal deletes the photo immediately and is final; amounts paid are not refunded.
6. No affiliation
topinfluencers.io is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, X, or Twitch. Platform names and marks belong to their owners and are used only to identify where a listed handle lives.
7. Liability
The service is provided as-is. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.
